This photo is from a hood cleaning where the client used the same hood cleaners for 10 years. What a loyal customer! What they got in return was a duct caked in years of grease accumulation. Approximately 50lbs of grease we removed! We scraped & scrubbed and restored their system. As our client they won't have to worry about their duct ever looking like this again. Hood cleaning to us is more than just a job, we are preventing fires, we are keeping our clients safety in mind. It's hard to imagine that another company could work with someone for 10 years and leave them at risk like this, but it happens.

Unfortunately not all hood cleaners are created equally. If you own or manage a business with a commercial kitchen, you should be asking for before & after photos, or checking the duct yourself. Why? Because at the end of the day, the hood cleaner is not responsible if there is a fire.
